7-Day Pad Routine: Week 2

This workout focuses on single hand accented groupings. 4, 3, and 2 note groupings are all covered. The goal is to develop fluidity in transitioning between the various accent positions. They make for great hand workouts and really loosens you up.


Exercises 1-3: Tempo range 60-90bpm

Exercises 4-6: Tempo range 100-140bpm

Exercises 7 & 8: Tempo range 120-180bpm
